Hardens annual poll of diners surveys thousands of participants which, as curated by the editors, form the basis for the inclusions and ratings in the guide. 2017 was the first year the Harden's 100 list of top restaurants had been published independently from The Sunday Times Top 100. Below are the recorded changes from February 2022.
