Service is exceptional, the staff are knowledgeable about the food and wine menu, with a pleasantly attentive and not overbearing presence during the meal. They've got it absolutely right on the front of house.
The meal was of a very high standard, from cocktails, aperitifs, through to desert dishes were expertly created and presented, sensatioinally flavoured and most satisfying.
It's very difficult - even for this super critical reviewer - to identify anything for this restaurant to work on to improve. Keep doing what you're doing, it works and it works very well indeed.
