So disappointed, after many many years of regularly eating here, the meals yesterday were extremely disappointing. As a party of 4 all eating different options, the meals varied from OK to, in the case of the vegetarian, virtually inedible. I don’t know what has happened, it was consistently excellent for so many years, but it seems the high (but previously justified) prices have been accompanied by a huge cut it quality. I also noted that it was almost empty where in the past it was always full and required pre-booking, so clearly our experience was not isolated. So sad to lose the Leaping Hare as the top quality eating experience that it was for so many years.
