Absolutely loved this menu. The first four starters were the real highlight of the night. The gazpacho was incredibly fresh and delicate, the devilled egg was surprisingly deep in flavour, and the smoked sturgeon with vinegar and gochujang was perfectly balanced. The vodka-cured salmon roulade was outstanding — clean, elegant, and full of detail. Each starter felt thoughtful and refined without trying too hard. A fantastic beginning to the meal and a great example of how creative and precise the kitchen is.
