First of all, since we couldn’t find a reservation, we went at 9:45 PM. The atmosphere and the attentiveness of the staff were very nice. As starters, we ordered hummus, an aubergine meze, and the truffle olive meze. Everything was very successful except for the hummus. The salad and the saffron pilaf were also good. For the main course, we had chicken shish and lamb kebab. We really enjoyed the chicken shish, but unfortunately we found the lamb kebab a bit overcooked and not very flavorful. After the meal, they asked if we would like some tea. We were happy and said yes. However, 1–2 minutes later they came back and told us that since it was late, the bar was closed and tea service was no longer available. Honestly, this was a bit disappointing, as they were the ones who offered the 9:45 PM booking. We would have liked to experience the full persian dining experience. Overall, though, we left satisfied with most of what we ate.
