The star of the show is a massive bamboo steamer loaded with 11 different dim sum and small dishes – such a fun variety to try. ✨ Standout picks from the steamer: • 🐙 Octopus Siu Mei – Such a unique twist! Instead of the usual shrimp filling, this one uses octopus wrapped in a thin sweet glaze. It’s wonderfully bouncy with a subtle sweet kick – totally addictive. • 🐖 Char Siu Bao – Perfectly balanced! The filling is tender and meaty yet melts in your mouth, with just the right mix of savory and sweet. So much better than average. • 🦐 Wasabi Prawns – My absolute favorite! Crispy, creamy, and topped with crispy seaweed flakes that add an extra savory depth. • 🍤 Salt & Pepper Silken Tofu – Great on its own, but even better paired with their cold cucumber sauce – bright, tangy, and refreshing. After dim sum, you choose one main from tofu, chicken, or beef, served with stir-fried greens and egg fried rice. • 🐂 Caramelised Crispy Mandarin Beef – We went for the beef. It’s coated and fried to a rich, sweet-savory crispiness – a bit Western-style. 🍰 Dessert finish: Passion Fruit Cheesecake – The tart, fragrant passion fruit cuts right through the richness of the beef.
