Had an absolutely stupendous meal here last night. A private room in The Reading Room. Excellent, friendly and attentive staff. The food was absolutely superb. We had some very well balanced cocktails to start. The wine list and drinks lists were extensive and wonderful. They are also able to obtain any bottle from Hedonism Wines and have it brought to your table - which is obviously rather fancy. Surprisingly large restaurant with beautiful decor - and an astonishing staircase centrepiece carved over many months from one entire tree. Its not cheap - but it is worth it - and a tasting menu for London at £150 - I'd say thats pretty good value too. Thank you to the staff who made sure we had such a lovely night.
