A really memorable omakase experience in London. The use of seasonal flowers and live floral arrangement added a beautiful sense of atmosphere to the meal without feeling forced or decorative. It made the whole dining experience feel calmer and more thoughtful. The food was delicate, well-balanced, and clearly made with care — especially the aged tuna and otoro, which were highlights for me. Every course felt considered, and the pacing of the meal was very comfortable. Service was quiet, attentive, and unobtrusive throughout. No unnecessary showmanship, just genuine hospitality. ,a beautifully composed meal that felt both refined and sincere. I would definitely come back.
