Not sure I know where to start. I've not actually been here since I was 12 and there was a ball pool! The service was probably the lowest point. The waitresses seemed to be assessing whether we were worth bothering with most of the time. There was little enthusiasm and we were left for longer than necessary in between and had to look for someone to pay the bill. There seemed to be some shock that we didn't need to split it.
