For me the food was disappointing, cold and indifferent, certainly not worth what we paid compared to other venues such as Star at Sancton or Pipe & Glass. The service was slow and terrible, I waited 15 minutes for a simple G&T when I arrived having to ask twice for it. Found the service slow, other tables who sat down after us were served before us. Attention to detail was lacking. My main meal was tepid when it arrived and just shoved into a hot oven, rather than re-cooked as it would have been at the Pipe & Glass or Star. I did not enjoy any part of this meal. Yes, they reduced my bill, but still added a compulsory service charge. Very disappointing given the reputation this restaurant has.
