The New Inn restaurant reviews

Average rating: 4.4
Booked for my partners birthday meal and informed them of a gluten free allergy she has upon making the reservation. Upon arrival we were greeted by the server and shown to our table. He then checked with us who had the allergy and informed us that he had already pre-marked up a menu showing all of the available meals which could be selected and adapted to suit gluten free, and those which unfortunately could not - this made is so much easier for her to select a meal and removed any awkwardness she can often feel when asking staff about her allergy and options. This simple act made her feel 10x more comfortable and put her at ease instantly! The food options were brilliant and what we ordered was absolutely delicious. I would go as far as saying Michelin star quality. The service was simply faultless from start to finish and the solo male server (apologies I didn't catch his name) was fantastic. He was very informative, attentive and did everything he possibly could to ensure we enjoyed ourselves. He is a credit to the business. Highly recommend - Without a doubt will be returning in the near future!
