Here is the British English version, ready for Google Reviews: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent experience at Bao Soho. We were very warmly welcomed despite not having a reservation. We waited around 45 minutes, which was perfectly understandable given how busy it was, and were then seated at our table. Once seated, the service was quick and efficient. The baos were outstanding: the bread was of exceptional quality, beautifully soft and light. A word of warning for sensitive palates — the chilli is quite present — but the flavours remain well balanced, refined, and packed with a deep umami. Highly recommended.
