Wow. I can't give Ardor as many stars as I'd like. We're not local but we visit St Ives at least once a year and what a brilliant addition this restaurant is. The service was absolutely brilliant, best I've had in years. Friendly and engaging, making recommendations - brilliant at the upsell! Food was absolutely stunning though we did over-order somewhat however there were just so many delicious things to try. Highlights for me was the anchovy crostini with smoked butter, the fried aubergine and manchego & truffle croquetas. Our food was served to us quickly and the staff were so attentive (without being over the top) regularly checking our wine glasses were topped up. Would 100% recommend to anyone visiting the area.
