Trillium restaurant reviews

Average rating: 4.8
This was our first visit to Trillium, and despite having had the pleasure of eating at all of Glynn Purnell’s superb eateries in the past, we really didn’t know what to expect.
Suffice to say we were not disappointed. The ambience was laid back and informal, the service was friendly and professional, the wine was excellent, and the food was fantastic.
We sat close to the open kitchen and it was a joy to watch the busy team looking so calm and self-assured.
Highlights were the milk loaf, with malt vinegar and chicken fat, the duck liver parfait waffle, the pork chop, and the Cornish mackerel. Also a shout out for the excellent house red, Trillium obvs! And big thanks to Freddie for looking after us.
Safe to say we will be back.
