The hotel is beautiful, the staff are friendly and we're so helpful. Treatments are fantastic and the pool was just the right temperature. The only downsides was the fact that some staff seemed less trained and didn't really know what was going on and the breakfast was not as good a quality as what you would expect. The evening meal was fantastic, we had the room service menu in the restaurant and it was a great decision. The cheesecake was exquisite.
