One of the best restaurants I've been to in my life and the best in Scotland. The various courses on his menu are diverse, and amazing. The dishes are extremely intricate with layers of flavors. Each bite was a bit different. Sadly, the owner is closing up shop and becoming a chef elsewhere come end of this Saturday.
