​Having the opportunity to follow Brian’s work with his exceptional produce at Eorna offered a great insight into the extensive preparation behind the menu we experienced on June 9th. Visually, each dish was beautifully presented and well-proportioned, and the execution was consistently precise with excellent flavor profiles throughout. Glen’s professional and attentive hospitality was a pleasure, and the wine pairings were well-balanced, supported by clear insights into the rationale behind each match.
