I stayed a the Regency hotel for a week because of business. I don’t usually write reviews however I thought this deserved one. Purely for the waiting staff in the restaurant. One staff member who unfortunately I never got the name of gentleman how ever he did work throughout the week commencing the 13th of July (to help management who see this decipher who it was) The reason he was so great was throughout the week he was always happy and making jokes with us and remembering all of the people I was with room numbers and making it very easy for us. Not only that but on the Wednesday it was my birthday and it was mentioned in conversation within the group I was with while he was present. And then after dinner he got the chef to write happy birthday with chocolate on a plate accompanied with strawberries and small chocolates...free of charge and without anyone asking him to do so. And I was blown away. So for any management that may read this I would just like to let you know what an absolute asset to your hotel and restaurant you have and wish him the absolute best. Thank you
