I had the pleasure of visiting the restaurant, and after my meal I felt obliged to leave a review. After some fantastic and unusual cocktails we headed through to the dining room, where the menu had plenty of both originality and also used local ingredients. I would highly recommend the veal bone marrow, the pigeon, and the pork tomahawk. However I understand the menu changes frequently, to ensure that the ingredients are seasonal. The wine selection is extensive, but nicely curated and easy to understand, and the house red is excellent.
One of the best things though was the service, with every member of staff I met extremely polite, courteous, and experienced in their job.
I would highly recommend a visit if you can!
