Outstanding meal at Wilks tonight. Six courses plus amuses bouche plus petit fours, incredibly generous and wonderfully delicious. The chef puts all his energy in to creating an unforgettable culinary experience, but also one that is caring of his customers. We had a wonderful evening tasting scallops, john dory, pigeon and some beautiful nuts and vegetables, as well as amazing sorbets and meringues- and were utterly delighted. And the wine pairing was spot on.
