Lovely pub. Was pretty much up there. One of the best roasts we've had in a few years so didn't disappoint. Service was great and the atmosphere. Cuts of beef and lamb were super, lamb can be very fatty but this was perfect. Carrots, suede mash, Yorkshire puddings as they should be, plenty of cauliflower cheese. We couldn't finish it. Made the mistake of having the ciabatta for starter. Although lovely it meant we couldn't finish the dinner. If I was to be critical of anything it would be the roast potatoes, not fluffy on the inside and the outside wasn't crisped up. Otherwise a solid 9.4/10
