Goat On The Roof

We visited the goat on the roof on Saturday evening and had a great time! Whilst there is an extensive wine menu, we weren’t drinking and stuck to the food menu. As pictured, we had a barbed dart and anchovy gilda ‘one bite skewer’ (the barbed dart was utterly delicious), and the Wild Mushroom & Chicken Crispbreads which were also tasty. We then had the croquettes, pork belly, crispy potatoes, chorizo and a special (blue cheese mousse). Again, all of these were very good, but the chorizo and the pork belly were particularly good. Ordering all these dishes were a bit too much for two of us (the menu advised two to three dishes per person), but we wanted to try everything and were not disappointed. We sat upstairs which was ambient and relaxed. Well worth a visit if you’re in the area.
