We headed up the M40 J6 to Wallingford for lunch at the Five Little Pigs. I was impressed - restaurant trying to do something different on the menu. The shared starter was the savoury donuts - no filling with a cream cheese-style sauce and a splash of tomato on the side 9/10. Main course was the pulled pork BBQ. It seemed like the concept was "de constructed" but it was fab and again 9/10. Lots of zingy textures with the pork - had a side of Jersey Royal potatoes in a cream sauce - cold, lovely. Big portions as well. No dessert but the offerings looked good.
