Pierre Victoire

Pierre Victoire restaurant reviews

Average rating: 4.6
In the past 3 years I have been here for >10 times, and I’ve had not a single bad dish. All ingredients are cooked perfectly, with deeply flavourful seasonings.
I had liver Pate, paired with caramelised onions, mustard and cucumber sauce. I don’t even like cucumbers but this brought life to the dish, cutting through the richness of the pate. Amazing understanding of flavours.
The steak onglet was incredible. Very beefy flavour, very tender texture, indulgence from the fat, perfectly crispy chips paired with an umami au Poivre sauce. Some other restaurants can’t achieve this quality using ‘better’ cuts of beef like ribeye.
Highly recommend!! It’s a pleasure to dine at this place.
