The Crown at Martley restaurant reviews

Average rating: 4.2
Visited for brunch and it was busy with a great atmosphere. In warmer weather there’s clearly even more seating outside, but we were lucky enough to get the last table. It also finishes earlier on a Sunday to prepare for the Sunday lunch crowd, which looked well worth coming back for.
Service was friendly and welcoming. We ordered a mix of eggs Benedict and shakshuka and the eggs were cooked perfectly. Really enjoyed all of the meals.
Coffee and teas went down well, however the chai latte missed the mark for me. It tasted more like a burnt caramel latte and didn’t have any cinnamon on top. I might try it again next time in case there was a mix-up at the coffee machine?
Overall, a great brunch spot and one we’ll definitely return to.
