The cooking and service at Sardine are excellent. We had a great meal with a glass of wine each and it came to around £35/head which for the quality of food and drinks is pretty good value in London these days. The real shame was that the restaurant was empty - I do hope that it's busy enough to survive, as we all know how hard it is for restaurants to keep their heads above water these days. I guess the location is a little out of the way, but as we live locally, it's a perfect little spot for us to drop into - which we will be doing moving forwards
