An excellent meal. One of the very best I have ever had (and I have been fortunate enough to have eaten at many of the finest restaurants in the world). I would say in summary that it was brilliant, an amazing culinary experience, but…it was a tiny bit heavy on the red meat (more veg or fish would be most welcome in 2024, IMHO) and the hazelnut bread was a rather salty let down. Apart from that, a superlative showing and to be 100% recommended (and the beetroot jam dessert may be in the top 0.1% of any dessert I have tasted ever).Thank you.
