Palm Court Hotel restaurant reviews

Average rating: 4.3
On Easter Saturday we returned to our room to find a lovely chocolate shell full of chocolates by a local chocolatier. What a nice surprise. Thank you.
The staff were very professional and friendly.
The hotel is two minutes walk to the cliff lift next to the Grand so ideally placed for the town and sea front. We are booking again for another few days next month.
If I were to make one tiny criticism it would be the pillow was too soft for me. This was remedied but putting the scatter cushions under. I’m sure if I would have mentioned it to the lovely receptionist they would have sourced a firmer one for me.
All in all a very nice stay indeed.
