An absolutely fabulous experience from start to finish. We stayed over and had the field notes tasting menu with the accompanying wine flight. The food was phenomenal, interesting flavoursome and most of all delicious. Loads of interesting local ingredients. The wine flight was a fascinating exploration of UK wines which complemented the dishes superbly. Staff were warm friendly and welcoming which made for a perfect evening. The fun didn't stop there though. Breakfast was another sensation with another array of delicious and interesting plates to kick your day off with a bang. A wonderful experience from start to finish.
