We visited Lucky Cat Mayfair as a group of seven after being unable to secure a spot at their newer location, and it turned out to be a fantastic decision. The evening was seamless from start to finish. ​The Food: ​Since we were a large group, we opted to order a broad selection from the menu to share. Every dish was executed to perfection. If you are visiting, the following are absolute must-tries: ​Wagyu Tataki: Exceptionally tender and perfectly seasoned. ​Lobster Gyoza: Rich, delicate, and a standout favorite at the table. ​Spicy Edamame & Fried Rice: Excellent elevated classics that complemented the meal perfectly. ​Service & Atmosphere: ​The service was top-tier—attentive without being intrusive, which can be a challenge for a table of seven. The cocktail program is equally impressive; the drinks were well-balanced and beautifully presented, adding to the vibrant Mayfair atmosphere. ​ ​The only minor drawback was the pricing of the signature "lucky cat" figurines. At £35 each, they felt slightly overpriced for a souvenir, though they are undeniably charming. ​Verdict: An incredible spot for group dining with high-quality Asian-inspired cuisine. We will definitely be back.
