Hillfield Restaurant at Pennyhill Park

We dined in Hillfield today for their Sunday Feast and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. If you’re looking for a venue to celebrate a special occasion with family, then I would highly recommend you check this out… It’s £65pp for a 3 course dining experience (upgrades available) which includes unlimited buffet starters, complimentary amuse bouche of soup served to the table with bread selection, followed by family style Sunday roast served table side, dessert buffet and specialty tea and coffee station with petit fours. When they say it’s a feast, they’re really not joking so my advice would be to come hungry and leave contented! The food was exceptional. A fabulous selection, superb quality (as you would expect from Pennyhill Park) and an elevated but relaxed Sunday dining experience with great service. There are too many highlights to mention everything individually, but expect to be wowed by the food. Our favourites today were the Cornish oysters being freshly shucked by the very skilled and lovely Olivia. And Stefano’s ice cream sundaes were absolutely sublime - the PHP house made ice cream and sorbets were divine. I really enjoyed talking to these talented young chefs who are currently part of the Exclusive Group’s Culinary Academy - what an exciting future they have ahead of themselves and we wish them all the luck as they progress their careers. We were treated so well by all of the team today and for that we were extremely grateful. Travon’s stellar welcome and professionalism was outstanding and Paulina looked after us with such great care and attention that we were made to feel very special indeed. Thank you to Naima also for the gorgeous Arabic coffee which hit the spot perfectly after our big meal. All in all, what an experience! Pennyhill Park is a very special place and the Sunday Feast is an offering that all of the team should be very proud of. Please go and enjoy it before it gets too popular as if I’m honest, I’m surprised the social media influencers haven’t twigged just how good this experience is (yet!!)
