A Real Gem. Catherine (the Land Lady) runs a fantastic establishment. The quality of the food is absolutely excellent and the portions are hearty - defiantly a high end establishment - but reasonable prices. Ales have always been fresh usually a black-sheep and a guest ale. One of our favourites and a perfect choice for a special occasion.
