This is an eclectic experience for epicureans. Nothing ordinary or plain, a gastronomic tasting of up to 8 courses (plus snacks) available with wine pairing, it's not for the feint hearted or short of pocket. To have the full experience 8 courses are required.
The service was sublime, the servers poured and delivered faultlessly giving excellent explanations of each dish and its provenance, well worth their 12.5% gratuity.
I've given 4 stars because a couple of taster courses were well below par, but most were quality, of a different and unique pallet.
