Absolutely outstanding from start to finish. From the warm welcome on arrival to the attentive, professional service throughout, every aspect of the experience was exceptional. The team’s knowledge of both the dishes and the expertly paired wines added a real sense of occasion to the meal. The talented chef has elevated Lancashire’s traditional favourites into something truly memorable. The famous Butter Pie was simply outstanding—rich, comforting, beautifully executed, and easily a 10/10. It’s a dish that perfectly celebrates local heritage while showcasing refined culinary skill. The hospitality was second to none. Every member of the serving team was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable, making us feel genuinely valued as guests. A fantastic dining experience that exceeded expectations in every way. We will most certainly be returning and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional food, outstanding service, and true Lancashire hospitality.
