Riverside Bar and Kitchen

This place has a really top notch kitchen. It was Dad's birthday so we didn't dive into what looked great set menus and instead ate a la carte. Perfectly cooked and presented dishes came out of the kitchen. A super tasty and rich carbonara arancini, a salmon tartare that came with a lemon buttermilk ice cream and a mushroom parfait. After that we had the beef shin suet pudding and mash, a super rich delight. Some perfectly cooked vension with mash and the cod with a black tempura batter, peas and fat pave chips. I tried them all, and even though I loved my venison I still had food envy for the dishes the others had! Everything was great, but we were too full for dessert. We'll definitely come back here.
