I loved this restaurant. The space managed to be bright and open, and comfortable and just formal enough. The food was outstanding. I love the fact that just the ingredients are listed because it keeps things a surprise (and there were a few combinations that were absolutely delicious surprises). Also, a shout out to the soft drinks (mocktail) pairings which had their own complexities, and were clearly carefully thought out in terms of complimenting the dishes. The pairings brought a different dimension to the course. We're looking forward to going back some time!
