Best Western Lee Wood Hotel

The staff are super friendly and helpful and Covid19 safe, so it would be 5 stars for them, but @bestwestern the room we stayed in was very dated and shabby with filthy carpets, and the bathroom had a well used smell despite being clean on the surface. Probably the very cheap, lifting round the edge vinyl flooring going mouldy and soaking up things ? but calling it a "Plus" hotel is such false advertising when the decor is from the 80s/90s, and the room is equivalent to a youth hostel standard. The bed was OK, but the room was hot no matter what the radiators were set to so I didn't find out howgood/bad the duvet was. Perhaps you would like to give the staff a hotel that matches their brilliant level of service.
