His journey began as head chef at St Ermin's Hotel in London, where his innovative approach was recognised and applauded. Venturing further, he opened The Frog E1 in Shoreditch in 2016, followed by his flagship restaurant, Adam Handling Chelsea, at the renowned Belmond Cadogan Hotel.
