★★★★★ A truly outstanding lunch at Trèsind Mayfair. The 3-course vegetarian set lunch was a feast for both the eyes and the palate. Every course was beautifully presented, with impeccable attention to detail, and each dish offered a wonderful balance of flavour, texture and creativity. The menu showcased how Indian cuisine can be both deeply rooted in tradition and brilliantly contemporary. A special mention to Chef Amit Bagyal, whose thoughtful curation of the menu made this experience exceptional. His passion, innovation and understanding of ingredients were evident in every course. It’s inspiring to see vegetarian cuisine elevated with such finesse, elegance and imagination. The front-of-house team were equally impressive—warm, attentive, knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about the food they were serving. Their hospitality complemented the dining experience perfectly. Trèsind Mayfair delivers far more than just a meal; it’s a carefully curated culinary journey. A thoroughly deserving 5 stars. I look forward to returning to experience more of Chef Amit Bagyal’s exceptional creations.
