The Tolbooth

The chefs have magic in their fingers when creating these exquisite fish creations. Delicious langoustien bisque, sea trout and muscle starters. We enjoyed rock turbot, bream sea and coley served with accompanying vegetables. All plates were creative and delicious. Generous portions of fresh tasty perfectly cooked fish. For puddings we had ginger infused flapjack and spiced plums, crème brûlée and an imaginative cherry sponge with small balls of sweet ice cream. The wines we enjoyed perfectly accompanied the fish dishes. All the staff were both professional, yet friendly. A wonderful evening, enjoying the most delicious sea food.
