The Sea, The Sea Chelsea

I have finally managed to come, and I must say that this place is absolutely incredible! The depth of flavours, the way the ingredients are combined, the masterful way the food is prepared, cooked, and served with such an explosion of flavours, is difficult to match. We had the fantastic Cantina Mesa Sardinian wine, the 3 different oysters topped with caviar, the salmon sashimi, the dry aged kingfish, the dry aged sea bream, the scallops, followed by the halibut, the tiger prawn, the squid, and the stone bass. All of them were delicious, powerful examples of the masterful way they handle the incredible food they serve. The service is also incredibly warm, fast, efficient, and so passionate that you really feel at home, like you are surrounded by friends who look after you, and care about your well being. We had a memorable meal, and I am looking forward to my next time. Thank you guys, you were amazingly by throughout our dinner!
