The Fuji Grill at the Beaverbrook Town House

I came here to celebrate my birthday, and it was a wonderful experience. If you're looking for a place for fine dining or beautifully crafted cocktails, I highly recommend this restaurant. Keep in mind that the Japanese dishes here are more fusion rather than traditional. For example, you'll find creative combinations like truffle with tuna nigiri instead of classic Japanese preparations. The mushroom roll is a must-try. It looks like a cigar, and the crispy outer layer is incredibly delicate. It was one of my favorite dishes of the evening. The cocktails are another highlight. Winston is bold, smooth, and sophisticated. It's a great choice for gentlemen. Ladies should also try Madama Butterfly. It's absolutely beautiful, elegant, and delightful to drink. Overall, this is a fantastic spot for a special occasion, a romantic dinner, or simply a memorable night out. Service is nice but the dinner areas is a bit small, pray to God that you are not sitting next to a group of noisy neighbors.
