The Redwood Bistro at Bishopstoke Park

Unfortunately, I have to live near this establishment! All I can say is that my dealings with the care home have been with the manager who is quite frankly a vile and rude women who has absolutely no care for anyone at the residence. The care home manager has been seen shouting at delivery drivers, stopping cars in the road and accosting the postman to find out personal information regarding some of the local residents that surround the property. I have also had the pleasure of being shouted at by the management, who approached me after charging out of the building with a dog, for trying to direct a delivery driver to the correct location. I would consider avoiding this residence at all costs especially if you have any respect for your loved ones!! We have formally complained about the service but have received a reply which did not address any of the points we had made but in fact was written in a very defensive manor which would suggest this isn't the first time they have received such complaints. Steer clear!!!!
