Stayed for one night. Outside, it is a historic building but the room was modern, spacious and extremely well equipped. The staff were very friendly and breakfast was freshly prepared. The Old Drum does not have its own car park, but there is a public car park immediately behind it, accessed off Charles Street. It's free in the evening and overnight.
