The Mirror Room at the Rosewood London restaurant reviews

Average rating: 4.5
Went to the Hokusai-themed afternoon tea with a friend I haven't seen in years. The service, atmosphere, and facilities were excellent. The food however... 😏
Honestly shocked at the poor quality. The savory sandwiches were nothing special, and the smoked salmon on a stale cracker was just the worst. The description of seemingly quality ingredients on the menu was very misleading. I really enjoyed the tea selection however, and the scones were fine. The desserts at the end were very disappointing... honestly not as beautiful as expected, and overly sweet with flavors more suited for a child.
It's a real shame because the experience/ambiance was enjoyable, just not the food. Would not recommend.
