The Farthings

I stayed one night in one of the newly refurbished garden rooms as I was travelling with my small dog, and it was absolutely lovely. The room was beautifully decorated with high-quality furnishings and a real sense of comfort and style. The gardens are large and beautifully kept — perfect if you have a dog or just enjoy a peaceful walk. The atmosphere around the hotel is relaxed and welcoming. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. Lucy, who was on the bar in the restaurant, deserves a special mention — she was so helpful and kind. I also met the owner, who was charming and clearly takes great pride in the place. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, quality, and a warm welcome.
