The Dog at Wingham restaurant reviews

Average rating: 4.6
A belated Christmas meal with a friend. Staff were very welcoming on our arrival and throughout service. Tables were sufficiently distant from their closest diner so as to no overhear another’ s conversation. Food was delicious and the menu offered a good sélection of plant based and fish alternatives to meat. Dining was at a leisurely pace, which suited us. Two courses and coffee, no alcohol £45 - what’s not to like.
One of my go to eateries, food always of the same high standard, never had a bad meal.
Would definitely recommend for lunch or dinner and if you stay over, the breakfast is superb too!
