Really hit and miss.
Some of the food can be very good from the deli (I've not eaten in the restaurant) but often somewhat over priced.
The main issue for docked stars, is as many reviews state - the service. More
Often than not it's unfriendly and border line rude and abrupt.
I stress this isn't everyone and waiting staff do change but fundamentally it's a device industry outlet so quality and consistency of service should be a priority.
