We always try to include a meal at a starred restaurant during our travels, and Restaurant St. Barts was an absolute highlight! Knowing that they hold both a Michelin Star and a coveted Michelin Green Star made us very excited to visit, and it did not disappoint. The setting is beautiful, overlooking the historical Church of St Bartholomew. The tasting menu was outstanding, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. They have a wonderfully curated wine list. We chose the wine pairings, and every single glass was perfectly selected to match the dishes. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a superb modern British dining experience. It was a truly flawless and memorable experience from start to finish!
