Service an environment was fantastic and service excellent. Maybe it was just the time of year but the food felt overly processed and reduced to sour, sweet and salty with less resemblance to the original ingredient. Its very subjective but by the end of the menu it had turned from interesting and tasty to exhausting and repetitive. I would love to try at a different time of year and see if less process would be required.
